The camerawoman says: “Oh yeah, yeah, get it, buddy.

“Hi-yah!”

He appears to be trying to psyche himself up.

The curious scenes were filmed by Samantha García Obre from an office block opposite the BlackRock building in Manhattan, New York, US.

She said the man was alone in the meeting room the whole time and apparently only went there to practice his kung fu skills.

Samantha told Jam Press: “I filmed it from my office across the way.

“It was an otherwise pretty normal day.

“My colleagues and I got up to gawk when we saw the man.

“He was in there alone for the duration so it was not like he got to the room early and did some martial arts before a meeting.”

She added: “The man just went in there to do martial arts and then left.”
