A mum and her four children all work for Wetherspoons after she inspired them to follow in her footsteps.
Kerrie Driscoll has worked for the pub chain for nine years and says that she “couldn’t be prouder” that her kids decided to join her.
The mum-of-five first joined Spoons as a bar associate at The Richmal Crompton in Bromley, south east London.
She then moved on to The Sir Julian Huxley in Selsdon, south London, where she now works as a shift leader.
One by one, her children decided to apply after seeing how much she enjoyed her job.
Kerrie’s eldest daughter, Lizzie Boast, is now pub manager at The Sun in Redhill, Surrey where her husband Billy Boast works as kitchen manager

Kerrie’s son Cameron De Silva, 22, started as a 16-year-old floor associate before moving into the kitchen and becoming a shift manager.
He now serves as kitchen manager at The Sir Julian Huxley, working alongside his mum.
Her daughter Charlotte Juchau, 25, also works at The Sir Julian Huxley as a bar associate, having joined her mother there in August 2024.
Meanwhile, Kerrie’s youngest son Louie De Silva, 20, has stayed loyal to his roots – still working at The Richmal Crompton as a kitchen shift leader after starting there as a teenager.

The only sibling not to take up a role at Wetherspoons is Christopher Juchau, 27, who works as a roofer.
Kerrie, from New Addington, south London, said: “Since I started, everyone else came and joined the company, except one.
“I was really enjoying my work, so I guess they could see that, and the next thing I knew, one by one, they were all applying for a job.
“Wetherspoon is a good company to work for, and no two days are the same.
“The company also offers great benefits and you feel appreciated in your work.
“I would never have encouraged any of my kids to join Wetherspoon, if it weren’t a good company and if I didn’t enjoy my work.
“I’m very proud of them all.”
