“It presents a fantastic chance to relocate and receive financial support for entrepreneurial endeavors,” Sarah affirmed.

IRELAND:

Ireland stands out as the prime option, boasting a comprehensive policy spanning 23 islands. Through two distinct schemes, individuals could secure a generous grant of £71,300 (€84,000).

Sarah elaborated, stating, “This initiative is part of a broader 10-year national strategy aimed at fostering sustainable, dynamic communities on Ireland’s offshore islands.”

To qualify, applicants must purchase and possess property on these rural islands, which must have remained vacant for at least two years and constructed before 1993. Additionally, Ireland offers the ‘Start-up Entrepreneur Programme’ (STEP), enabling aspiring entrepreneurs to establish their businesses and operate within the country on a full-time basis.

Prerequisites include maintaining a clean criminal record, not being a financial burden on the Irish State, and dedicating full-time efforts to their business without concurrent employment.

NEW ZEALAND:

New Zealand also presents an enticing opportunity, providing a Global Impact Visa tailored for investors and entrepreneurs.

Prerequisites for eligibility encompass acceptance into the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, compliance with health, character, and English proficiency standards, and demonstration of adherence to employment, taxation, and immigration regulations.

This initiative targets innovative investors and entrepreneurs striving to make a positive global impact through the creation and support of ventures.

SARDINIA:

Completing the roster of promising destinations is Sardinia, where abundant sunshine awaits to nourish your vitamin D levels.

The Sardinian Government extends an offer of £12,700 (€15,000) with the aim of enticing young families to establish roots in the region, combating rural depopulation.

Individuals can also qualify for a non-repayable grant aimed at bolstering the Sardinian economy.

Sarah emphasized, “I believe these schemes offer tremendous opportunities for individuals to reside in other countries and secure funding for their entrepreneurial endeavors.

I find the prospect of exploring and residing in diverse nations appealing and would consider relocation if it aligns with the best interests of my family.”

However, there is a stipulation: participants must select a village with a population under 3,000, and the grant must be allocated towards revitalizing the area. Additionally, applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Social media users eagerly engaged in the discussion, expressing their preferences for the various schemes. Dawn exclaimed, “Forget America, I’d opt for Italy, Ireland, or Greece.” Similarly, Kim chimed in, “Greece or Italy!” Another user endorsed New Zealand, describing it as “beautiful.”
