Sarah elaborated, stating, “This initiative is part of a broader 10-year national strategy aimed at fostering sustainable, dynamic communities on Ireland’s offshore islands.”
To qualify, applicants must purchase and possess property on these rural islands, which must have remained vacant for at least two years and constructed before 1993. Additionally, Ireland offers the ‘Start-up Entrepreneur Programme’ (STEP), enabling aspiring entrepreneurs to establish their businesses and operate within the country on a full-time basis.
Prerequisites include maintaining a clean criminal record, not being a financial burden on the Irish State, and dedicating full-time efforts to their business without concurrent employment.
NEW ZEALAND:
New Zealand also presents an enticing opportunity, providing a Global Impact Visa tailored for investors and entrepreneurs.
Prerequisites for eligibility encompass acceptance into the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, compliance with health, character, and English proficiency standards, and demonstration of adherence to employment, taxation, and immigration regulations.
